- basic rules of good posture and how to judge Client’s predispositions
- anatomy and physiology
- many different exercises
- how to create your own Pilates training
- how to use verbal and non verbal leads
- how to be professional, calm and self-confident instructor
- how to conduct safety training
- ethics for Pilates instructors
Course conditions
- filling the registration form
- sending copies of certificates
- interviev (only if you don’t have any mata certificates)
- minimum one year of experience with Pilates on mats

Courses take place in Saturday-Sunday meetings: 14-20 (Saturday), 9-16(Sunday).
In Spring – summer edition meetings in July are during the week: between 11-18 and 12-18.

* Special offer for fitness clubs: if 3 people or more join to the group ( from the same fitnessclub or not), the price will be 3350zł/ person.
If you join the course and pay one month before the course starts, you will get 10% discount!
PAYMENT RULES
Course reservation will be made after paying registration fee, which is non-returnable.
You can pay the entire cost of the course or in instalments. Payment should be made 14 days before course start. Instalment system contains 3 instalments. It is necessary to inform Studio about choosing instalment system. First instalment should be made 30 days before course. In case of registration less than 14 days before course, instalment system is not acceptable.
Payment form
· bank transfer, in the title of transfer please give your name, surname, name of the course.
Resignation
The reimbursement in case of resignation will be 80% of total price, but only if the participant makes resignation earlier than 14 days before course. After that time the return will not be possible.
