Reformer – Practice of advanced excercises

DIAMOND CLUB presents:

REFORMER – ADVANCED EXCERCISES PRACTICE

Welcome everybody who wants in a friendly and teamwork atmosphere experience and deepen understanding of Pilates through his/her own body.

During the workout you practice, practice and practice advanced excercises on the Reformer. You work in small groups, in which you both do the excercises and observe other participants. You learn key cues and proper technique of each excercise.

We feel & see actual need of elevating excercise practice level. We offer inspiration, knowledge and experience.
