1 ripe avocado
a handful of chopped dried goji fruit soaked in a little water for about 50 minutes
2 teaspoons carob
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons maple syrup or 5-7 pitted and chopped dates
berries

 

Preparation:

Put the coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon and carob into a cointainer and mix well all the ingredients. Next, add sliced ​​avocado and goji with the water in, which they were soaking and blend it. You can add a little water and blend again. Decorate the mousse with berries!
