Ingredients:

25 dag red lentils
l,2 l water
1 big onion
1 big parsley
½ celery
2 carrots
1 cocunt milk (200 ml)
salt or tamari sauce
1 flat teaspoon ground curcuma
1flat teaspoon curry
200 ml mirin

Preparation:

Lentils cover with water, add chopped vegetables and cook for 20 minutes, then add the curcuma and curry  and cook for another 20 minutes. When the lentils and vegetables are soft, turn off the heat and add the well mixed coconut milk  with mirin. Then stir all and finally add salt or tamari sauce according to your taste.
