Ingredients: for 1 person

5 teaspoons quinoa grains
1 big spoon brazil nut butter
a handful of chopped rocket salad or dill

Preparation:

Pour a cup of hot water over the quinoa and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then reduce the heat to the lowest setting and cook for about 10 minutes. Just before turning off the cereal put the butter in ½ cup of hot water and stir well until you get a smooth sauce. Then add this sauce and chopped rocket salad to the quinoa and mix it well. You can also add a little boiling water, so that the dish will be in a semi-liquid state and put it into a thermos. It will taste best after 3-4 hours. A salad with grated beetroot and with 1 spoon horseradish goes very well with this dish.
